PEACOCK AND JONES

Peacock and Jones is a return to fine dining on Hobart’s waterfront tucked away within an original 1830s sandstone warehouse. A place steeped in colonial history.

Centred around Tasmanian produce the open kitchen offers an immersive experience for diners. Where one can smell the seasoning, hear the sizzle, and witness the choreography of the kitchen. Conversely, the under-croft offers distance from the kitchen, surrounding you instead are stories of old. Glimpses of histories from when the warehouse was once part of the IXL jam factory.
